How to make pasta from flour:

  1. Place 215 ml of water and 500 g of Pangkarra
  2. Wholegrain Durum Flour into a food processor.
  3. Mix the dough until all water has been absorbed.
  4. Divide dough into approximately five portions.
  5. Feed flour through pasta machine according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Hang to dry or serve fresh.

Serves 8 people.
