Pangkarra whole-wheat pancakes

 

A healthy and delicious breakfast or dessert option.

 

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 cup of Pangkarra Wholegrain Durum Flour

1 cup of milk

Butter in pan

Pinch of salt

 

Method:

 

Combine the flour, egg, milk and pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and stir until a smooth liquid. Add more milk if you like the pancakes runny. Add butter to pan and let it melt. Add mixture to the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes on one side. Flip pancake and cook for another 5 minutes on other side, or until cooked through. 

 

Serve with fresh fruit, lemon sugar or maple sirup. 

Makes 4 small pancakes.
