Based in South Australia’s beautiful McLaren Vale, Thistle Be Good was one of the first businesses to produce dukkah on a commercial scale back in 2002, using locally grown almonds. They now have a range of products that star all natural, whole ingredients.

The Egyptian Dukkah is where the Thistle Be Good story started, and it’s still their most popular product by a long way. We can see why! A beautiful blend of roasted almonds, sesame seeds and middle-eastern spices make it perfect for dipping with olive oil as a snack or for coating chicken or fish to make a delicious gluten free crumb. We love it sprinkled on avo toast at breakfast time.
