Based in South Australia’s beautiful McLaren Vale, Thistle Be Good was one of the first businesses to produce dukkah on a commercial scale back in 2002, using locally grown almonds. They now have a range of products that star all natural, whole ingredients.

Freekeh is essentially young-harvested, green wheat that is richer in protein, vitamins and minerals than some of its mature grain counterparts. Nourishing and delicious! This mix makes the perfect quick lunch on its own or with a little crumbled feta, but it’s also great for soup, just mix it with any veggies you have in the fridge and some stock or water. This makes 750g of cooked product, so a little will go a long way.
