Banana Cake


  • 1 ¾ Cups of sifted Pangkarra wholegrain Flour
  • 3 over ripe bananas
  • 100g butter
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk at room temp




Preheat oven to 180 degrees, line 20cm square tin (or equivalent)
Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy, beat in eggs one at a time.
Add banana, milk and sifted dry ingredients and beat on high for 1-2 minutes
Bake for 45 min or until cake tests clean.
Cool cake in tin on a wire rack for a few minutes before turning out.
