Pangkarra Brownies 


1 cup Pangkarra Wholegrain Durum Flour
180gms salted butter
1 cup caster sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
4 eggs lightly beaten
200gms dark cooking chocolate
3/4 cup of quality cocoa 
1 teaspoon baking powder


1. Put oven onto 180c and line a 20-15cm (roughly). Melt chocolate in bowl over saucepan of boiling water (make sure the water isn't touching the bowl). Once fully melted take off the stove and cool for approximately 3-5 minutes. While this is melting, mix sugar and butter till creamed or well combined.

Add cocoa and mix well then slowly add eggs, beating thoroughly into the mix. Add chocolate till combined, then add vanilla, flour and baking powder.

Pour evenly into baking tray and cook for 30-40minutes (or until cooked to liking). Dust with icing sugar and serve.
