How to make pasta from flour:
- Place 215 ml of water and 500 g of Pangkarra
- Wholegrain Durum Flour into a food processor.
- Mix the dough until all water has been absorbed.
- Divide dough into approximately five portions.
- Feed flour through pasta machine according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Hang to dry or serve fresh.
Serves 8 people.
