How to make pizza bases:

  • Sift 500 g of Pangkarra Wholegrain Durum
  • Flour into a mixing bowl. Stir through 2 tsp of yeast powder.
  • Pour 2 cups of warm water into bowl and stir.
  • Add 1 tsp of salt and stir through. Add 1 tbsp of butter or margarine and mix all together.
  • Knead dough until elastic. Set aside in a warm, draught-free place for 20 minutes.
  • Roll out to 3-4 pizza bases.
  • Bake in preheated oven with toppings for 8 minutes or until golden and crisp.
    (tbsp = tablespoon and tsp = teaspoon)

Makes 4 standard pizza bases.
