Ingredients:

1 small, sweet potato * sliced into 1/2 -inch rounds

1 red onion

1 bag of mixed greens

1 packet of 40g POD Roasted Chickpeas and Faba Beans

DRESSING:

¼ cup tahini

1 Tbsp maple syrup

2 Tsp lemon juice

1-2 Tbsp hot water (to thin)
