Christmas and New Year Trading Hours
The Pangkarra office will be closed on Friday 18th of December 2020 at 5pm and open on Monday 4th of January 2021. All online orders will be packed the week commencing Monday 4th January 2021.
Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping is provided Australia wide for all orders over $100. For wholesale orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pangkarra Foods ships all orders via Australia Post. Our online shop is open during normal business hours 9.00am – 5.00pm AEST Monday to Friday. We will remain closed on all South Australian Public Holidays. Any orders placed after hours or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.
If you are not available to accept the delivery during business hours, you can choose to have the package left at a designated area outside your home. Please note that choosing this option will be at your own risk. We recommend that you provide us a work address or similar, where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
We do not deliver outside of Australia.
Please check all goods on delivery. For a refund to be issued by Pangkarra Foods against damaged goods, proof will be required, such as returning the damaged product or providing photos. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods and return goods or photos to us within 10 days to be eligible.
As we approach the busy Christmas period, we recommend ordering your packs and products no later than 10th December 2020 to ensure we meet the Australia Post guidelines in time for Christmas.
For pre-Christmas delivery, Australia Post have recommended to send Parcel Post by Saturday 12 December 2020.
